Infotype Changes Log Report

Hi,

I’m trying to trace the changes made infotypes using the report RPUAUD00, if some changes made in the Infotype 0000, 0001, 0002 then the changes are not traced in report. I have checked the viewV_T585A,V_T585B,V_T585C .

I need to know why the changes are not reflecting in the report...

Hello Sindhuja,

IT 0002 changed before the Configuration of Tables are after the configuration.

because if you configured these table today, from particular time on-wards any changes in the master for that Info type will come in the Report.

please check once, for testing change ant employee data and check.

check whether you have given correct data in the selection screen.

Select Long Term documents

          Master data

enter the emp id  and execute.

Hi,

I can assure you, it works, when config is done correctly abd you use the report correctly. So, how are you expecting us to help you, if you don't share

- your config

- your selection screen

- a change you expect to see, but not coming up

?

For a start:

- check both boxes (short term and long term documents) at top of selection screen lest you miss one

- review authorisations with SU53 after running report

The last changed date for the infotype 0002 of the pernr is not displayed in the report.

Hi Sindhuja,

selection looks correct, so shoudl show, if config is correct.

As a quick try: select both long term and short term docs to see, whether your config is on short term docs.

If not working: check, whether an authorisation issue is reported in SU53.

If not: there must be another issue in config, so you'd need to share your config here for community members to check,

Hi,

Below is the config maintained in our system.

in Table T585B for Infotype 0002, to my understanding only if we change the fields that are in this table, the changes will be captured by the report, similarly can you please check if any fields are configured in table T585B in your system and if so try changing those fields and run the report and check if the changes are captured..
