Price inactive with reason: The document item is statistical

Dear experts,

I've got a strange issue: All the prices in one of our sales order, item 10 is inactive in ECC.

The inactive reason is:  W - The document item is statistical

.

But when I add a same material in the sales order, price is back to normal, but all prices of item 10 is still inactive.

I have checked the settings of item category we used 'ZTAN', there is no this kind of settings (See attachment screenshot)

Also the item is not rejected.

But the value of field: Statistical values (VBAP-KOWRR) in table VBAP  is set to 'Y', I just wonder why?

So does there have some other operations in ECC sales order can set the value of this field? (Except Rejection and Settings in Item caterory)

Is there a standard report provided by SAP to synchronize the data in DB? Thanks!

As you said, once the Reason for Rejection is set, the condition woudl become inactive and I dont see any other option to make a condition type as statistical which is relevant for pricing.  For information, once the condition types become inactive and even if you remove the reason for rejection, it will still remain same.  So check in the change log whether some user have set the reason for rejection and later removed that.

Thanks for your quick reply, actually I have tested if you initially set the reject in the item, the condition types will set to inactive, but once you remove the reject reason, the condition types will active again.

Also in my case, the related production order has been create and product has been made, also moved to special stock and ready for DN, I have tried, it can be DN.

I also checked the change history of the sales order and item, it shows this item never rejected.

It is because note 932879 would have been implemented.   Is this issue happening for all sale orders or the issue is with only one sale order in which case, you need to raise OSS note.  Also, ensure no pricing related user exit is implemented.

Yes, right now only find this one order has the issue.

I dont think any standard report to correct such type of issues.  Alternatively, what you can do is ask your technical / ABAP team to do coding in program LV61AA55 in such a way to force the KINAK field as you expected.  This is possible.  Else, you can foreclose that sale order and recreate a new one

How is the sales order being created? Is it through an interface. If so then you may need to check the interface program.

If it is one of its kind then as suggested before, close it and create a new order.

The sales order is created manually in CRM and replicate to ECC, not from Interface.

Is this happening only for one sales order or

all the sales document  line items having ZTAN item category are showing as inactive???

By the way-- VBAP table telling that statistical value set to Y...

What was the Statistical value Field(business data section) at VOV7 for your ZTAN item category(normally it should be blank)???

Hi Phanikumar,

Not all sales order have this issue, there are several cases have the issue and can't be reproduced till now.

You can see the attachment screenshot, the Statistical value Field in customizing of ZTAN is always blank, so I just wonder how this situation happening.

Is that have a correct report to syn the value in VBAP?
