Hi;
I am trying to execute from SAP menu the below path
solution manager 7.1 ->root cause analysis ->system analysis ->change reporting ; when I am comparing the system in the system analysis of the root cause analysis; and clicking on the result details ; I am getting an error message "Event Store Comparison has been disabled".
How do i eliminate this message and look into details of system comparison?

This issue usually happens if you will not enable the checkbox 'force comparison of Event Stores' as shown in my screenshot if it still will cause trouble please attach type 1 and 2 infomration
as per note:
1076573 Requirements before opening a message for Diagnostics
If you on Patch level 0 then update to 2
Also check:
1971477 LM-SERVICE 7.10 SP10 patch 2

Thanks for the reply; when checked on force comparison ; the error "store comparison has been disabled " is now sorted; but now I get an issue "different technical system" when comparing the Abap systems ; the security seems to be working.
Any idea for issue for Abap system comparison?
