DMS Workflow

Hi all,

I have following requirement related to DMS workflow.

Workflow will be triggered when document of type 'XXX' is set to 'Released' status. Agent determination will leverage Laboratory/Design Office assigned to document. Workflow sends email to the users assigned to workcenter.

I am stuck with agent determination.

The users are actually linked to position which are linked to work center.

Can anyone provide detail explanation of the whole flow.
