Over time config in sap hr

Dear Gurus,

My client Requirement is If an employee will work on weekly off. That Hours will calculate as Over time Hours

now our req is to through pcr system is going to check with the weekly off details and if any one work on these days the total hrs treated as Over Time hrs.

Pls help me how to configure it.
