Portal pre requistes for HCM upgrade from EHP 6 to EHP7

Hi,

We are currently on NW 7.31 SP4 with EHP6 functionalities for HCM. We need to upgrade from EHP 6 to EHP 7.

For EHP 7 is it mandatory to upgrade portal to NW 7.4? What all business packages should be implemented for enabling EHP 7 on portal?

Is there any place from where i could get this information?
