Hi I'm working in SRM 7.0 and when creating a SC I'm not able to Add/Remove Ad-Hoc approvers. Those buttons are grayed out.
What's the way to make them available? Do I need to implement any badi? Should I enable them via customizing?

Is there any configuration I need to set up besides not leaving just the automatic approval level?

Please check 1465358 - Cannot add approver or reviewer to an SRM document.
The header workflow template in your case should be WS40000014.

at wich level do you try to add an approver?
Header or item level?
Do you try to add approver for a process shema with only an automatic level type?

It's at header level.
And my process schema has already 2 approvers determined...it has not an automatic level type.
What I try to achieve is to add approvers manually besides those 2, but the button to Add/Remove approvers is disabled (I'm creating a SC, still didn't save it or order it).
