Smartform text inverted when printing

Hi experts.,

I'm working on a simple smartform to display material no a barcode for material no and material dscription .

Two days back when I tested the form,it worked fine.However today when I print the form,all the texts are getting inverted(rotated by 90 degree angle).

The printer settings are unchanged and also all other forms which were created using sapscripty print fine on the same printer.

I created another sample smartform with new smartstyle but that also showed the same output.

I tried changing the format of the smartform but that didnt help.

Can anyone throw some light on what could be the issue or direct me to a possible fix?

Hi S,

that sounds strange. You know, coding does have a it's own thinking and change from time to time.

I would work in that way:

try to test your form direct, you know, just hit the run-button in smartforms

--> IF it works fine:

Work through the driver-program if there is something weird ( Have a look in the version-history)

There must be something changed, it doesn't show up for nothing

--> IF it does remain the same:

Have a look in SPAD if there changed something.

Ask the basis-guys if they can have a look at the last change on the printserver itself (Special the explicit settings at the paperformats)

Mostly someone change a parameter and doesn't recognize, that there is something bigger behind

No need to work through the form itself, because you say it is with every form the same
