Hi Manikandan,

In case the vendor of SWCV is sap or sap.com, it will not appear in SPROXY.

In this case, you can copy the ESR objects into custom SWCV as suggested by Hareesh. Then it will be visible in SPROXY.

Hi Manikandan,

Check once whether the destination type "G" SAP_PROXY_ESR is working fine / not.

Check the below screen snap for reference path prefix must be "\rep".

Hi,

it could also be, that the missing SWCV are assigned to a wrong vendor. There is another SCN forum thread regarding the same topic (http://scn.sap.com/thread/997674).

I was facing the same problem in a project. Changing the vendor from sap.com to another string solved the problem.

There are two possible solutions to this issue:

  1. Copy the ESR objects into a custom SWCV and namespace. To do this:
    1. In the ESR, create your own Software Component Version (SWCV)
    2. Create your own Namespace (Namespaces starting with http://sap.com/ are reserved for SAP and must not be used)
    3. Copy the PI Content objects from the SAP delivered SWCV into the newly created SWCV
    4. You will then be able to see the objects of your own SWCV in transaction SPROXY
  2. Alternatively, you can install the relevant application on the backend system and this will also allow you see the objects in SPROXY

Reference : 1528587 - PI ESR Content 0bjects are not visible in SPROXY

HI Hareesh,

I can view two SWCV , One is own SWCV and another one is SAP's(Vendor is sap.com). so I think the issue would be something else.

Relevant application might be already installed on back end system which could be the reason you can see one of the SAP's SWCV.

Did you try moving them into another swcv?
