parameters for accessing a transaction from ITS.

Hi

I am working on SAP R/3 6.2

Does it ITS or do we have to install it seperately? how do we chekc if it is installed or not?

if it installed ? how do we make and access a transation from the browser?

http://<host>:8080/scripts/wgate/va01/!

But it says Page can not be displayed.Is this URL correct to access va01 from ITS
