Transport Released - But wrong

I created a Transport and Released it. Unfortunatly its under someone else's Parent Request #. I tried with SE03 and SE09 to delete mine.. But since its released it did not allow me.

I want to delete my Transport req # and start collecting from the begining..

Can I do that ?? If yes How..
