CRM ECC connectivity error - ERP system failure detailed screen attached

Hi ya,

whenever i am clicking on ERP orders and quotations in CRM Web UI , I am getting an error message saying 'ERP system failure' details shows as 'Password logon no longer possible'. PFA picture. I have checked and RFC is working fine.

What are the other different ways to reslove this.

Thanks, Himanshu

THe RFC user which is used to access to the ERP is locked, so talk to de ERP admin guys to unlock it and reset the password, once is all settle, update with the new passowrd the RFC connection.

    Cheers!

    Hi Himanshu,

This is only because of the RFC user I think. There are multiple ways of RFC users passing. One is by setting in SM59. Other way is by creating a trusted RFC and setting it with current user.

When you are creating an order, which id is shown in 'CREATED_BY' field of VBAK in ECC?. Is it the current user name like your user ID or some RFC user name?. If it is your user ID, check whether you have access to ECC. Or check the RFC user maintained has the access.

    Thanks,

    Faisal

Check SMW01 for BDOC if there are any errors.
