Could not enter characteristic value XXXXXX with SID in table /BIO/SVENDOR

I got "Could not enter characteristic value XXXXXX with SID in table /BIO/SVENDOR" error while performing master data load FOR 0MAT_PLANT , 0Vendor, 0INFO_REC

Kindly help me to resolve this issue
