CREMAS04 idoc error

Hi,

I'm trying to create vendor master using idoc basic type CREMAS04. When I tried w/ WE19, I get this error:

"Function code cannot be selected". When I ran it in foreground after error mode, it stops at "Create vendor: purchasing data" screen with "Function code cannot be selected" error.

Any solution? Appreciated.
