Requisitions are not displaying for Recruiting Admin.

Hi,

We are working on e-recruiting standalone architecture.

I have an issue here in Recruiting admin overview page.

When a recruiter released the Requisition, it is not displayed in recruiting admin overview page.

And also please let me know how to activate new queries in overview page for him.

Hello Sekhar,

in the standard delivery for SAP eRecruiting the admin worklist / dashboard only contains a single query to display all requisitions which were set to status "to be deleted".  The admin is not supposed to access released requisitions which are currently in progress.

Actually the dashboard is outdated. It still allows to delete requisitions althought last year delivered a solution based on the information lifecycle management (ILM) to take care of all data deletion in eRec.

If you want to enhance the dashboard with additional queries you will have to define them on your own in the POWL customizing. The standard queries of the recruiter will not work here as the recruiting administrator is usually not a member of the recruiting team in the requisitions.

But still I have few concerns in regards with it.

What if we can assign both Recruiter and Recruiting admin roles to Rec Admin?

Can he also be able to do the recruiting activities?

My client wants the Recruiting admin also do the recruiting activities like recruiter.

Can we do this?

Please let me know with valuable inputs.

Hello Sekhar,

you would assign the recruiting admin also the recruiter role so he can execute the recruiter tasks and functions. A dicision which would have to be made is if the recruiting admin has to be assigned as a recruiter to every requisition or if he uses the rec admin application to adjust the recruiting team of the requisition to add himself in case he needs access to it.

Hi,

If you want the Recruiting admin to also view the Requisition released, Add the recruiting admin in the support team list (last tab) with appropriate role (recruiter) and he can see the released requisition in the overview list.

Thank you for your inputs and i will do it.

And also i am facing a new issue with Manager Requisition.

When manager is trying to fill the Requisition Form all the drop down buttons are not working.

We are using the standard Requisition form. Can you please help me out in this regard?
