Smartform is not printing for diffrent output devices

Hi Experts,

I am facing the problem in printing smart form for different output device.

1. When I am using LOCAL output  device then I am getting proper output..

2. When I am using CANP or any other output device then I am getting alignment problem in the footer text.

Could you please help why this occurring.

Hi Ramkrishna,

Check Device type setting for Local and CANP output device in Spool adminstrator using SPAD tcode.

If both are same then it will be print ok otherwise  set your device type using SPAD or adjust your page based on your device type.

Hi  All

SPAD settings are fine,But I am printing the standard symbol(like bluets).It is taking more space for  CANP because of that alignment is getting disturbed 

please let me know how to fix space for all the output device .

Hi,

Please used template and split your contents in two parts .

set special symbol in one side and content in another side .

this problem will be resolved for all kind of output device.

can you check printer configuration in spad..and compare both the printer...

Hi Ramakrishna,

This is because of screen resoultion problem which will be shown differenent for different printers.

In SPAD tcode check both the properties of two printers. Make sure it is same.
