Fill field based on other field

Dear all,

I am very curious how to make something in our SAP B1 9.2.

In sales order we have to define many parameters for each product. Let's say many of these parameters are standard, but we do not want to fill these standard values into fields automatically, because sometime, the customer requires different parameters.

But I thought it would be very helpful, if we can set some "standard" values into some table and if we put some calling value (like "s") into defined column like "standard" the other fields would be filled automatically with predefined values.

For example:

Main article to sell is car "Tesla". We have to define color, roof style, number of doors and stickers.

Every customer can pick any different options, but we know, that mostly (for example because of the cheapest price) the color is white, roof style is hardtop, number of doors are two and there is not sticker.

It would help us to have an option to "push some button" that would enter these standard values into our columns while person who enters these know the function well.
