How Reversal or delete Services enrty

Hi please suggest how to reversal or delete Services entry in SAP & which T-code use.

If you want to delete the Service Entry sheet permanently, go to transaction ML81N & mention the Service Entry sheet number.

Click on Revoke Acceptance button & save it. Then click on Delete button to delete the Service Entry sheet permanently.

If you just want to reverse the Service Entry sheet for the changes to be done, Click on Revoke Acceptance button in ML81N & do the changes and do the acceptance and save the document.

Hi Arnav

You have to cancel the release then the accepted service entry sheet comes to No acceptance  reverse the service entry sheet and then save it. Now open the same service entry and accept it.
