Above Get name login from vb6 application

i have a problem with install generate in vb6 that return name login in sbo application, this install was generate externally with vb6 and use ui interface to get the name login in sbo application. The message error of the vb6 application .exe "Not found sbo application ..."

Please helpme in this topic, or some idea to get name login from application vb6 externally.
