IP Change error message of Planning Function Distribute by Reference

Hi,

in my current project we use a planning function of the standard type Distribute by Reference which distributes Sales data for different plants from year to month level according do a distribution that is maintained in a different query. It is possible that for some of the plants no distribution reference data has been maintained yet but we still want the planning function to be executed. As we do not want to distribute anything if there is no reference data the equal distribution is not an option.

We achieve this by selecting the following options:

This works all fine but we would like the user to know for which plants the distribution was not possible due to missing reference data. Executing the PF in rsplan shows detailed warnings for each of the plants for which no reference data is available:

However in our Frontend Tool SAP Business Objects Analysis for Microsoft Office the message that shows up after executing the PF does not say anything about missing reference data (screenshot is in german and simply says that the execution of the PF was sussessfull without errors):

Does anybody know whether and how it is possible to display the detailed error messages I receive in rsplan also in the frontend? I would assume that I would have to change one of the methods of the planning function type class, for example IF_RSPLFA_SRVTYPE_IMP_EXEC_REF~GET_REF_DATA_SEL is that correct? As I am no ABAP expert, has anybody ever done this?

Thanks,

Jan
