All of sudden unable to start the SMP DEV server, it was working fine till now

Hello Experts,

We are working on SMP-3.0 SP11 PL05 for one of our customer.

We are unable to start the server, it was working fine till Now. All of sudden it started giving the error "You might not have permission to start the server" when we start the server.

when we checked the windows event log found the following error.

The description for Event ID 1 from source SQLANY64 17.0 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event. The following information was included with the event: SQLANYs_SAPSMPEmbeddedSQLA Could not start server

This sounds like an issue with the database. Might want to contact support.

It was a DEV box, so we reinstalled the server.
