Failed to install

B1 9.0 PL10

I am using B1DESetup_2.2_B190 and have an Add on that installs successully in SAP B1 9.0 PL10 in win server 2008 but in windows server 2012 std ed., I get the following error popup during install:

Popup Title:         CustomerLibrary

Popup Message: "Error during AddOn installation: Index was outside the bounds of the array."

Any ideas on how to solve this?

I have tried the solution from this link:

The problem solved and there is nothing to be fixed in the add-on.

I am using vs2010.

The addon is also successful to install in the win 7 professional.

I don't understand why it fails in win server 2012 std ed.

Hi Steve Andre,

Do you start Sesion on Windows with Administrator User?

Run SAP press on  right clic mouse en Start with Administrator User try this with Administrator or another user, next install Addon.

1- Disable Antivirus

2- Disable Firewall

3- Start Session with anoter user and run step in Post previous

4- Another Right on Windows Server

I have done it but still fail.

The addon is failed to install in the SBO server
