Extending the CRM_CMG BOL model.

Is it possible to extend the CRM case BOL model like you can with Business Transactions?

Hi Dean,

it is possible to extend/enhance most of the BOL models (I haven't checked all of the, therefor I won't say all ). What you need to do is to find the customizing tables corresponding to the BOL model you are trying to enhance. In this thread I gave an example how doe this.
