SRM Open Public RFx Response

Hi Team

Kindly we use SRM 7 Extend Classic Scenario and follow the follow scenario

1- Create SC and Approve it

2- Convert SC to Public RFx document and approve it

3- Supplier create RFx response

4- simulation log on is complete and each permission submit it

now system should be ready to open supplier response to check best price but when I try to open any supplier response I got the following error

Price RFx response opening has not been performed

Hello Ali,

     Please check with the date of RFx whether it has been lapsed or not. If you are trying to perform this action before the RFX submission date then it wont allow you to open. Please test once more when it meets the end date.

Hi Gautam,

First let me thank you for your reply , actually I mention correct Public Rfx date when create RFx and suppler send there response in time between and no more supplier can not submit his response after dates from and to , and simulation log on is success

but when try to open supplier response got the following error

Hello Ali,

Did you send a Quotation with price? or with price $0,00?

If you would like to do a RFI without price, define the Detailed Price Information field with the value"No price".

Kindly I created 3 vendor response with different price  , and I did same steps with Restricted RFx and it work fine , please advise
