Hello All

I am new in ALE. I want to download material master from Prod. to development. Following steps I did.

(1) create logical system

(2) assign to cliend

(3) create distribution view with message type mat mas.

(4) Partner profile I genrate Partner profile.

(5) distribute the model.

(6) generate partner profile in reciver system also.

(7) Then I run transaction BALM and try to send one material.

(8) in WEDI IDOC status(outbox) saw me with status "30".

(9) In receiver system I Run BALM t-code and get material.

(8) in WEDI IDOC status(outbox) saw me with status "29".

<b> Giving error : Could not determine recipients for message type MATFET</b>

Where did I mistake ...Pl. give me suggestion.

I think you missed RFC ports.

WE21 is used to creation of ports.

I had created port also.

Is it necessary to run Transaction BALM ? Is there any other tcode available to create idoc for material master ?

BD10 is to send the material. automatically IDoc will be created.

NO need to receive in the reciever side. It will automatically go and store in the respective database tables. so you have to check only in mm03.tcode whether that material is there or not. before that u chaeck we05 for the status of that idoc.

Thanks for replay.

but when i run tcode bd10 I got dump

<b>SQL error 376 occurred when accessing table "ARFCSDATA</b> ".

I think I am doing some mistake from first step (Logical system creation).

because same dump i got from vendor and customer also.

Pl. help me.

Is there any document available for ALE ?

BD11 to receive the material

HI.

You need to define RFC Destination for the sending system through SM59 . Here you need to provide Destination systems user details.

Pl. close if solves your issue.
