BOBJ 4.1 SP2 installation on SQL 2012 for CMS and AUDIT database

We are planning to install BOBJ 4.1 SP2 on SQL 2012 for creating CMS and AUDIT databases.

Is SQL 2012 supported for BOBJ 4.1 SP2 install, Is there any documentation from SAP that supports this.

Also Does SQL 2012 need to be on a specific OS, like Windows 2008 or Windows 2012 Server.

Hi Suman,

SQL2012 is supported for BI4.1 SP2 both for CMS and Audit DB. - link to PAR 4.1

As per MSSQL2012 OS support, I would suggest searching for KB's or supported platforms within Microsoft.

      If MS SQL Server 2012 is support for CMS & Audit and it is also fully supporter by UNV / UNX connections.

I saw that and here is the slide that talks a bit about it. DO you think this confirms it?

Also it does not talk about SQL 2012 on windows 2008 or windows 2012 server. It just says Windows.

Any thought on this please.
