we are using IT-Servicemanagement of Solman 7.1, on WebUi.
I did create an action, which is executed after doing a change in a ticket.
In this action I update the categories of the ticket with FM "CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN", which works.
But, at the UI you need to press at least one ENTER to get the new categories into the field.
So, how can I force an update of the UI?
