Updating Course information in ESS

Hello all,

I have created a course via LSO_PVCT and scheduled it via LSO_PSV2, however when trying logging in as an employee via ESS I can't access the new course. Is their a program I need to run to update ESS so that the course can be viewed?

Hi Shirin,

The 'No Intranet' box is currently not ticked for the Course Type, however 'No Integration' is ticked in the attendee section. The 'Subject area' is currently ticked on Course Group.

I've unticked the 'Subject area' box and ESS has now updated. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Please verify if you have the autorization roles assigned appropriately.

Also, check for the period dates in the menu, verify if it falls within the course dates.
