DEBIT MEMO REQUEST NOT CREATED

HI All,

This is in reference to the Debit Memo request which gets created autonatically when we create a service order and confirmation is created & set to complete. system should trigger a Debit Memo request in ERP.

Hi Nikhil,

Can you check your scrm settings in SAP ECC side

Also ensure the service order in sap crm gets replicated as the sales order in sap ecc first and the status is set to completed, create the service confirmation as the follow up document to the service order.

Ensure that the no range for debit memo is marked as internal and the status of the service confirmation is set to be completed.
