End to end connectivity test from C4C to ECC using HCI via Web Dispatcher - Error

Hi Team,

I am doing End to end connectivity test from C4C to ECC using HCI via Web Dispatcher. We have 503 -Service unavailable and we fixed it by making changes to web dispatcher settings. And then we had 401 - Unauthorized error and we fixed it by uploading the HCI client certificate.

Now we are running into an unexpected error as shown below.

Inbound processing in endpoint at https://<WD HOST Name>:44380/sap/bc/srt/scs/sap/cod_connectivity_provider?sap-client=420 failed with message "Fault:Response was of unexpected text/html ContentType. Incoming portion of HTML stream: (none)"
