CRM - Dispute Case creation not picking up disputed amount

Hi All,

When dispute case is creating in CRM system, the disputed amount field is not filled up.

However the customer disputed amount is filled up with the invoice amount. Dispute type used is Customer disputed objects F_D3. However the same if dispute case is created in ERP, the cusomer disputed amount is filled up as well as disputed amount.


Please advise.
