Hi Guru's.

We are getting below erron in SRM while trying to create RFx. We have recently upgraded DRM 7.02 to 7.03 and we have got below error afrer upgrade. Can any one please help me with solution for this issue.

Error:

Partner of type Bidder is not authorized for this document; check entry

Partner of type Requester is not authorized for this document; check entry

Partner of type Location is not authorized for this document; check entry

Please help me...

Hi Siva,

There error will generated from standart function module BBP_PARTNER_FUNCTION_EXISTENCE, where   lt_partner_card should be filled with business partners with object type. If there is any failure in filling of partner details into   lt_partner_card there error you have mention will  be generated.

Please check if there is any enhacement done in this particular FM which restricted the updation internal table   lt_partner_card.

Check which purchasing org is belongs to this RFx and also check bidder has that purchasing org assigned.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked and both are same. We are getting issues for all business partner like Requester, Location, Receipient, Bidder. Even while creating PO.

When i am trying to create shopping cart, not getting any error. But once the PO is created in SRM for that, we are getting an error as below,

Partner of type Supplier is not authorized for this document; check entry

Partner of type Requester is not authorized for this document; check entry

Partner of type Location is not authorized for this document; check entry

Recently we upgarded from 7.02 to 7.03 and also migrated to HANA DB.

Kindly advise.
