Material Missing from GI to Production Order

I have encountered a problem in Production Order where I couldn't find the root cause.

My user reported today when he tried to do GI via MIGO to a PO, one material was missing from the list.

This material is actually split into 2 batches.

When I checked in the PO, I found this material (in red) along with the split batch components have the 'Final Issue' checked as shown below.

Since only this material has 'Final Issue' checked as compared to other materials, I suspect it is highly due to this.

Upon further investigation, I found a bigger problem.

Currently, in the system, there is already no more stock for batches 0000479417 and 0000486749.

I gotten user to untick the 'Final Issue' checkbox and system complained Missing Parts.

Next, I checked documented goods movements and found that 4 sets of goods movements have already been done previously in the following chronological order:

07 Apr GI to Production Order movement type 261

07 Apr GR for Production Order movement type 101

15 Apr QI inspection to UU movement type 321

25 Apr GI to PO reversal movement type 262

Problem is on 7 Apr when the first GI was done, the said material was already missing.

However, PO status never showed MSPT during that time.
