SC/PR should be open for sourcing after PO is deleted or closed

hi Experts,

I am using standalone SRM and currently when PO is deleted/closed, SC/PR is not opened again for sourcing in sourcing cockpit.

Is there any way to make the SC/PR available for sourcing once the related PO is deleted or closed?
