SAP Integration with Traveldoo

Hi,

is there anyone out there in the SCN world that can share experiences for an integration to SAP?

My company is thinking about using Traveldoo and I would be interested to hear about experiences, for example in this areas:

- Employee load and cost object load into Traveldoo

- expense transfer into SAP (flat file?/ Idoc?)

- VAT handling

- implementation of travel policy in Traveldoo (expense limits/ allowances/ flat charges/ etc)

- flexibilty of Traveldoo to have changes

- upload of credit card charges/ inclusion into expense reports

...

What were the pain points?

how do you handle german travel allowance, as traveldoo seems not to be capable of handling hour/minute based travel expense statement?

Hi,

I have no answer for you but I will follow this discussion as I will have soon the same job to do !

Maybe the difference is that we will only implement Booking part, Expense part will remain on SAP.

So I'm also interested in Employee profile management between SAP HR to Traveldoo and Expense initialisation between Traveldoo and SAP TM.

Thanks, so we will wait and see whether there is someone here how has implemented the tool- with expense handling or without.

We will most likely have the expense handling in Traveldoo with interface into SAP FI.
