Pos_Portrait View Shows Nothing

28 Views

Hello Everyone,

We had raised this issue few days ago. We are using Nakisa v4.1 and a live build. The reason I gave the link is that the issue I am asking now is different than that one we opened previously. In brief, the OrgChart displays the employee photos in the details panel when I click on a position to see the details but can not bring those photos into the boxes. Standart pos_portrait view does not work so I took initiative and made a change in the pos_portrait view which is adding a new linked detail and tried to get the Picture_URL field from that top level detail. Unfortunately, after doing that, when I choose pos_portrait view, I see nothing. Not only the employee photos not appearing in the boxes but also the information in the boxes have disappeared. I only see blank nodes nothing inside them. In order to change this at least to it's default settings which is showing information in the boxes at least but not the photos, I have done the below actions;

1) Using the default top level detail, the one I did not create, and choosing the fields from that one which is basically resetting the fields to it's originals.

2) Resetting the build and publishing it again.

3) Copying a new build from SAP_Live_RFC build and setting the minimal configuration such as Data Connections, Root Org ID and Authentication settings.

But none of these have worked so far. I have tried these options one by one, not at the same time. I am afraid when I first took initiative and added a linked detail to get the photos correctly into the boxes, I may have changed something in the root folder of Nakisa ? Because otherwise why copying a clean build from SAP_Live_RFC and publishing it does not work for the pos_portrait view and still getting blank nodes which have no information near them ?

All in all, while I was trying to achieve something, standart pos_portrait view is damaged at the moment.

Note: I have created a view named pos_portre so as to check if I can get the same information that pos_portrait provides and yes, I can. The reason I am opening this issue is different than the problem we have raised few days ago. I am trying to get back to the position where I started that making standart pos_portrait view work and the only problem is the photos 😔

I hope I could explain it clearly.

Please enlighten me,

Regards.
