Call Disconnection Value in online monitoring contact view

Hi Team,

Please help me to understand the contact view in online monitoring. Below are 2 screen shot , in which 1 call is disconnected by consumer and other is by agent, but Disconnected value is coming as 1 in both the cases. How can we justify the calls from below screen shot as both showing same value for call disconnection.
