Hello Experts,
Am facing an issue where system is not assigning the dynamic work schedule during Time Evaluation where if EE is in the 23:00 hrs. to 6:00 hrs. as per IT0007 and instead works in 07:00 hrs. to 15:00 hrs. Than the system is assigning "<" pervious day indicator for both 7AM (P10- clock in) & 15PM (P20- clock out).
But where as it is working for other two shifts i.e. General 10am to 6pm and 3 pm to 11pm shift..
I have checked the T552V and T552W tables and there is no issue at all.
Hi Sreedhar,
As I understood for last two shifts which are in the same day system works fine but I could not understand the normal start and end time for first shift. Would you please clarify it?
I think EE starts at 23 and leave next day 6 early morning. Am I right?
If this is the case there is a setting in V_T705B. The status is A07 (Assigning a Time Event to the Current or Previous Day). What you have set in reaction column?

Hi Omid,
Thank you for your reply.Yes, your are correct. "C" shift start time is 23:00 hrs. to 06:00 hrs. next day it ends, but EE clocks in at 06:00 hrs. The first shift start time is 07:00hrs to 15:00 hrs.
what exactly do I need to do in V_T705B table? I have added A07 and in the reaction column it is blank in all statuses i.e. A00, A01,A02..etcall as per your earlier replies regarding the dynamic work schedule.
This is little critical issue am facing.

Sree
Hi Sreedhar,
As I understood for shift C, DWS is 23:00 PM (Current day) to 6:00 AM (Next Day) and what is EE actuall clock-in/out?
What is the common time EEs of shift C leave company? For example if it's common to leave 6:00 AM you should put 650 in reaction column. The value is in format HMM. Find more in its help.
Regards,
Omid
