How to access the SAP GUI

Hello,

I can see the file (application) SAP GUI in this folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui

but when I try to access it I get a message that reads "Possible formats of connection parameters" and lists three options

How can I run the GUI so that I can start learning scripting.
