SP14 File Construction Mode Issue

When we upgraded from SP12 to SP14, the file construction mode in all of our File Adapter Receiver Channels changed from to "Add Date Time Stamp" EXCEPT for the cases when the file was being sent to our local XI box. Has anyone else seen this issue in SP14?
