"Logon not possible (error in license check)"

Hi-

I tried today to login using developer/developer on sneak preview. I got the error "logon not possible (error in license check)". So I ran slicense as sap* and noticed one of the licenses has a validity date of 11/17/05 (yesterday). So, to renew my license, I went to http://www50.sap.com/linux/eval/index.asp

and noticed that the form for requesting a license key did not seem to be available. Does anyone know where this has moved to? I would like to get my developer account working again.
