I have one person who's leave balance is not being updated correctly in ESS. The employee has the correct leave balance in IT2006, but the deductions are not showing in ESS. ESS is showing the accrual of leave, but not the deduction of leave taken last pay period.
I was initially thinking it was a BADI issue, but it's only happening for the one employee.
What are your thoughts on this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
