ChaRM pass change to test error

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue badly that when i trigger the action Pass change to Test from ZMHF(Urgent change), i was getting the error "No import into test system has taken place." and the status has been reset to in development. even though the TR was imported to test system.

However i just ignored the message and made the settings to set the status in the consistency check configuration and now the status is setting to moved to Quality. But when i importing the TR to PRD it is again with error "Transport request is not flagged for import into production"  and now the TR is not moving to PRD.

I found many blogs and checked all the RFC's , Parameter CHECK_NTIMES_SOCM , authorizations. but still i ended with no results.

Please help me on this as i am in critical situation to deliver the system.

My system environment:

Solman 7.1 sp 08

and the TMS is configured with the training system and attached are the routes . with the single system i made 010 has dev , 020 has test and 030 has PRD. as this is our test environment.

Check SAP note 1820635 please take a look at steps 4, 5 and 6. It includes a check to verify that the TR has been exported and imported into the systems and if this information is not there you can
try running report /TMWFLOW/REP_DATA_READ.


Please run report /TMWFLOW/REP_DATA_READ if needed as indicated in note 1546452.
Ensure you also read note 1786704.


If the TR information is in the /TMWFLOW/TRACK table try to recheck the document and then try to move the status again.

Hi Vikram,

Thanks for the response. i have checked the notes you suggested and i agree if the data is not getting collected into /TMWFLOW/TRACK occasionally then i will be able to run the report  /TMWFLOW/REP_DATA_READ but this is happening for every charm request. and one more thing i noticed that after some time the TR information is getting updated in the Urgent change document but this is going no use that the status was already reset to in development . if i want change the status again it will move the request again.

Also i checked the parameter CHECK_NTIMES_SOCM and the value is already 20.

I believe that there is a delay in getting the TR status into solution manager i am not sure how to make it avaliable immediately. i have raised an OSS message also but still no update from SAP yet.

Please suggest me if any other ways i can check.

Hi Veeresh,

It appears that some of the TR information is missing in se16 tmwflow/track tables. I suggest running /tmwflow/rep_data_read to populate it. For more information see attached SAP Note 1820635

especially steps 5 and 6.

Check and implement note:

1786704 - ChaRM: problem of schedule import jobs out of ChaRM

Please take a look at #16 in the following blog, regarding the CHECK_NTIMES_SOCM parameter.

Hi Veeresh,

First make sure transports are released from Dev.

If all OK and TR can be imported into production you may try following steps :

Go to your urgent correction task list

Locate "Correct Import (Repair Flag)" action and execute it.

replace the user with "*", TR with error will be listed.

Select the TR and hit Error corrected button

Proceed with your change document
