We need to integrate Service Desk of Solution Manager and Microsoft System Center for Incident Management. We know about interface for 3-d party
ServiceDesks, but we are confused by what is referred to only options for HP and IBM Service Desks. We have not found mention of implementation
for Microsoft SCSM(SCOM).
Do you know any variants such realizations (Service Desk of Solution Manager and Microsoft System Center integration for Incident Management)?
