Expense report shows no amount for Auditor

The Expense report shows no amount or blank under Amount column in Auditing Workcenter.

When checked on the Expense report shows the error message

"Expense exceeds maximum amount; enter explanation in "Comments".

Is this a valid error message?Kindly confirm on the system behaviour.

This was a bug and is fixed by development .

The issue no more exists.
