Hello all,
Material XXXX is not backflushing in SAP. Process should be that inventory on the part goes negative during the day as production runs, with 261 material movements. Then MFBF transaction runs automatically and creates a 131 material movement to bring inventory back to zero and backflush the parts under material XXXX. This 131 is not running, and because of that parts under XXXX are not being taken out of inventory, and so MRP is not causing more orders to be created.
When manually attempting to run MFBF on XXXX, the error message displayed is: "Changed repetitive manufacturing profile for the generation of post processing records." We have checked, and the REM profile checkbox has not been changed for this material, for other material system working fine. No one has changed the REM profile. We run the report ZINCON_REPROC for inconsistencies check but not found any data.
No COGI record found for this. In MF47 one component entry found, when I checked for same components in MD04 found dependent requirement is in Nproc status.
Last time on same issue we reporting one piece MFBF through debug and bypassing the error , after that a regular batch job successfully backflushed material for all pending quantity.
Please help me to find out the root cause of this problem.
Thanks & Regards
Umesh Mali
