How to auto determine items to work tickets depending on incident category and serial ID?

Hi,

I have a SAP demo guide for service where you create a work ticket, assign incident category and serial ID and a contract is auto determined. So far, everything is ok.

When it comes to the items tab and the auto assignment of the products, I have issues. What has to be maintained to achieve this behavior? Do you have an idea?
