Hi Experts,
I'm having a issue on my instance with SAP Screen Personas when i'm viewing the flavors on full screen mode or when i expand the screen. A message that appears on the bottom of page is (Message 123 Class Message 00 and it has showed as "Success") "Input data incorrects: display - window dimension conflict". This message appears in every page i open and persists until we lower the size of page of Personas again. My worry is this message mess up the scripts who read the result messages on the bottom of transactions. Anyone have ideas of why this message appear? I just can't use the full screen mode, without receiving this message, if i don't have a screen that comports the whole page without generate scrollbars?
Thanks and regards.
Bruno.
Hi Steve,
Thanks for the fast support! I've running Personas on some notebooks 15" (1366x768) and for what i could tell is this error appers on mode full screen or any size/ajustment of the screen with only one exception (image bellow).
In the case, the message not appears.
Any other cases we see the result bellow.
Detail of "error":
It apears in every screen/transaction we opened on personas.
Thank & Regards!
Bruno.

What kernel release / patch level is the system on and what is the basis support package level?
This issue is probably related to ITS or Webgui rather than Personas itself.
You could try the following:
Apply note 1972793, it will probably pull in additional notes, among them 1917981. Should that note not be loaded automatically, apply it manually.
Then go to transaction SITSPMON, go to tab "Template & Mime Cache" and click on button "System-wide" in both of the boxes (Invalidate Template / MIME Cache). Then clear the browser cache and check if this fixes the issue.
I've never seen such a message and I've run Personas on a fairly high resolution display (1920x1080). Can you give us some more details of the resolution you're using and what you are doing when the message appears?
Steve.
