Difference in Proposal amount and DME file generated in F110.

When I executed transaction F110, the proposal was generated for around $7000 but when after completing my Payment Run, when I checked my DME file it was generated only for amount of $3000.

Summary:

Proposal: $7000

Payment : $7000

DME file :$ 3000

Can anyone please help me to solve this issue.
