Budgeting in plant maintenance work order

Hello Everyone,

I had activated Maintenance cost budgeting ( MCB ) under the following path in spro

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service---Information Systems for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service-- Maintenance Cost Budgeting.

Maintained Budget Profile and Tolerance limits in Controlling,

Assigned same Budget profile to order type.

Defined budget check for order type under ( MCB ).

Created order using IW31 and assigned budget using transaction KO22.

After assigning budget to the order, system status changed to BUDG budgeted.

Here, i have two questions..

1) Annual budget is not showing up while selecting the icon check for maintenance cost budgeting.. Am i missing anything to show the annual budget ?

2) Instead of assigning work order every time in KO22 and do budgeting, is there any other way that we can assign budget in a different way?
